OUR COVID-19 SAFETY RESPONSE FOR THE 2021-2022 SEASON

Our guests and guides safety has always been our top priority and even more so these last two seasons with Covid. Our guides see people from all over the country on a daily basis, our guidelines below are for their safety and yours. Guest and Guides are required to try to social distance when we meeting. While we will do our best to maintain social distancing, there may be instances where we cannot for safety reasons (i.e. fitting PFD, adjusting kayak foot pegs, guides sharing a tandem kayak with a guest in an odd-numbered group, helping get a kayak unstuck). Here are the other changes we have implemented this season for our guest safety and peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

• No Contact Check In – Pre-arrival details including payment, directions , and liability waivers completed through our online reservation system.

• This season we are offering a excellent variety of Private Adventures and our small group size for different groups of people will be no more than 8 guest and 1 guide, unlike the industry norm of 12 guest to one guide

• Our guides will have a daily health check

• Hand sanitizer will be available at the beginning of the trip and after the trip

• This season Guest will follow our vehicle to the put in so our guest don’t have to go in a crowded van

• Industry leading 24 hour cancellation policy during these unpredictable times. (If you feel sick or have a fever please cancel for everyones safety thanks!

  In these unprecedented times, we do ask for patience and kindness from our guests. We realize that different states and regions have different guidelines, and we here in the Everglades want to be in full compliance with the State of Florida.
